Every day, clinicians around the world open the NYSORA Nerve Blocks App for different reasons.
Sometimes it’s to quickly review a block before a procedure. Sometimes it’s to revisit anatomy or technique. And sometimes it’s simply to answer the Daily Question and refresh a familiar topic.
For our top Daily Question users, those quick knowledge checks have become a habit.
This September, Remy Vahan Hakobyan from Armenia and Izman Loke from Malaysia made it to the top of the leaderboard, becoming our September Knowledge Champions.
Two clinicians, thousands of kilometers apart
Remy is an anesthesiologist from Yerevan, Armenia. He uses the app daily and describes the Daily Question experience simply:
“It’s fun and quick.”
Izman is an anesthesia resident at Hospital Sungai Buloh in Malaysia. He uses the Nerve Blocks App as a quick reference before performing peripheral nerve blocks, while the Daily Question helps him keep his knowledge in check every day.
For him, there’s a bigger reason to keep coming back:
“Just consistency, allowing myself to improve every day, for my patient’s well-being.”
Different countries. Different hospitals. Different stages of their careers.
But there’s a common habit here: regularly checking, refreshing, and building on what they know.
That’s what the Knowledge Champions are really about.
Not simply getting the most questions right or reaching the top of a leaderboard, but making it a habit to check and refresh what you already know. Because in clinical practice, there is always something worth revisiting, testing, or understanding a little better.
And it’s also a small snapshot of the community behind NYSORA. Clinicians may be learning from Armenia, Malaysia, or somewhere entirely different, but they can still meet around the same question, on the same day.
Congratulations to Remy and Izman, our September Knowledge Champions.
And to everyone taking on the Daily Question: see you at the next one.
